Clean both surfaces: Use an alcohol-based cleaner to remove all dirt, dust, oil, and residue from the dashboard/windshield and the suction cup/adhesive pad itself.
Boil the suction cup: Soaking the rubber suction cup in boiling water for a few minutes can help restore its original shape and increase its suction power.
Use the included adhesive pad: If your mount came with a separate circular adhesive pad, use it. Adhere the pad to the clean dash first, apply firm pressure, and then wait at least 24 hours for the adhesive to bond before attaching the mount and phone.
